MERGING DECLARATION
We are glad to inform you that Eurodrip and Rivulis companies, which provide global service in micro irrigation, have signed a merger agreement. In this merging process, we realized that geographical positions and product portfolios of our companies are complementary and more importantly, we had common passion and excitement to help our farmers shift to drip irrigation. Our merged company will contribute to the agriculture sector in 5 continents and 30 countries with 18 factories and 1800 employees. We are more enthusiastic than ever about to ensure that modern agriculture practices are extended, valuable water resources are protected and productivity is increased.
